James Beard-honored chef Ray Arpke has owned and operated the romantic Euphemia Haye restaurant since 1980, but the food is far from vintage. The beef tenderloin medallions with brandy green peppercorn glaze and truffle-infused mashed potatoes is one of the many standouts on the menu. Chef Ray also offers cooking classes, called “Lesson Luncheons” where he spills some (but not all) of his time-honored culinary secrets.
