For more than 70 years, Mixon Fruit Farms has grown and sold some of Florida’s best oranges and grapefruits. Just a short jaunt from Sarasota, the grove at Mixon has fruit in abundance, and its market and shop are just as impressive. From honey to jellies to wine, patrons have dozens of sweets to choose from and can even sample freshly squeezed juice for free.
