Transportation 101

If you’re not up for renting a car you can easily get around using MetroLink, a light rail system, connecting downtown to the airport and many popular areas or hop on the MetroBus. Just need a cab from Lambert-St. Luis Airport airport? You’ll find loads of them ready to go. Fares start with a $3 fee and vary depending where you’re headed.

Unsure of where you need to go and how to get there? Look for visitor centers in five visible locations ready to offer up top notch advice:

At the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport:

• Main Terminal lower level by the baggage claim area

• East Terminal lower level by the baggage claim area

At the St. Louis Union Station:

•South Plaza entrance, lower level by Houlihan's

Around the city:

•Kiener Plaza: Just west of the Old Courthouse in downtown St. Louis on Sixth & Chestnut.

•America’s Center in the Convention Complex on Seventh & Washington

•Forest Park: Dennis and Judith Jones Visitor & Education Center, 5595 Grand Drive, just east of the History Museum
