His six-seat sushi temple is oddly enough located in an unmarked parking garage across from the U.S. Embassy, but it’s definitely worth seeking out. Chef Saito is known for his friendly attitude and willingness to tailor courses to the guests’ taste, with highlights including his masterful preparations of tuna and uni.
