Diane and Cesare Benelli opened the restaurant to showcase the incredible seafood of the Venetian lagoon and surrounding islands. Don’t miss the squid in ink sauce, fritti misti, grilled scallops and razor clams. Cesare’s pistachio rigatoni with bottarga might be the best dish you’ll eat this year.
