The store is packed with furniture, ceramics, antique lighting, old books, jewelry and general curiosities. But what Silver Fox is really known for is decorative architectural salvage: stained- and leaded-glass doors and windows, fireplace mantles, wood flooring and trim, metalwork and antique hardware. If you go on the weekend you’ll also find a café that serves sandwiches and soup (sometimes there’s even a tarot card reader).
