At Balthazar's Keuken (Dutch for kitchen), Karin Gaasterland and Alain Parry create the feeling of being in their kitchen having an intimate dinner with friends. In this former blacksmith’s workshop, you’ll have a three-course dinner with a menu selected by what's in season. During summer months, guests can sit on the patio.
