Housed in a restored Cunucu-style farm home a quick taxi ride away from the hubbub, Gasparito is a charming restaurant serving traditional Aruban cuisine. Naturally, the menu highlights plenty of fresh seafood, such as the Aruban white fish hash known as keri keri. Other island specialties worth ordering include the goat and vegetable stew, keshi yena or the signature Gasparito chicken cooked with brandy, white wine and pineapple juice. Diners can sit inside the cozy restaurant where the walls are hung with local artwork, or in the romantic outdoor courtyard. They only seat 20 guests per evening, so reservations are required.
