The upscale Southern cuisine from executive chef Josh Hopkins includes dishes such as Tennessee rabbit roulade with mustard jus and pickled cherries, and cider-glazed pork loin with smoked apples. If that doesn’t draw you in, the wine list itself is worth a visit.
