In the restaurant business, farm-fresh is a term tossed around a lot these days, but Little Savannah is taking the philosophy to new levels. Not only does it use all-local ingredients, some of them hail from the restaurant’s backyard garden tended by owners Maureen and Clif (ask for a seat outside on the wooden deck and you’ll see what we mean). Try the white wine braised Georgia rabbit with orecchiette, baby beets, honey-glazed carrots and turnips and lapin jus. Also, don’t overlook Little Savannah’s drink list—indulge in the refreshing Delta Wedding with Beefeater gin, fresh mint, Lustau Fino sherry and fresh grapefruit.
