What to Pack

Located on a high desert plain, Boise enjoys moderate temperatures and low humidity, so it’s a great place to play outside anytime of year. Winter temperatures range from 20 to 35 degrees, so trek to one of the ski resorts and hit the slopes. Summer brings lots of sunshine and temperatures between 60 and 90 degrees. Pack your outdoor adventure gear for hiking and white water rafting. The city sees very little rain or snow—about 12 inches each year.
