Burgers and sushi? Though the two seem incredibly disparate, they blend together for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. With spiked milkshakes and premium sakes, The Cowfish offers the best of both worlds—or if diners prefer more of a blend, they can try the “Burgushi” offerings, which include sushi rolls with burger components and sandwiches with sushi components. Not interested in the combination but can’t decide whether to choose meat or fish? Try a bento box containing a mini-burger, a sushi roll and three sides.
