Clevelanda rockin' good time

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum is flanked by four other museums. Its next-door neighbor, the Great Lakes Science Center, boasts hundreds of hands-on exhibits covering all aspects of science, plus a biomedical technology gallery. The Science Center also houses the NASA Glenn Visitor Center (which moved there from the NASA headquarters near the airport), showcasing 50 exhibits, including the Skylab 3 Apollo Command Module, a flight simulator and a moon rock. Outside the museum permanently docked in Lake Erie is the William G. Mather, a 618-foot steamship that worked the Great Lakes for decades and is now a museum, and also part of the Science Center. Across East Ninth Street is the U.S.S. Cod, a World War II submarine, now also a museum.
