Clevelanda rockin' good time

If you don’t know much about Cleveland—and most outsiders don’t—there are fun and fascinating ways to learn the city’s rich history. There’s a trolley tour and a boat tour. Our suggestion: Do both of them. Lolly the Trolley offers one- and two-hour narrated tours of the city on old-fashioned trolleys whose large windows are open during warmer months. The Goodtime III (next to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum) is a four-deck, 1,000-passenger luxury ship that gives narrated tours of Cleveland as seen from Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River, from May through September. You can sit inside or out, and snacks are available on the boat. Lunch and dinner cruises are available by reservation.
