For authentic, wood-fired pizza and a fun atmosphere, Fireside Pies is the place. The menus change by location so if you’re dining in Dallas start with a crisp salad, then go for a balsamic roasted chicken or prosciutto and parmesan pizza and finish it off with a classic root beer float with vanilla bean ice cream in a chilled mug. In Fort Worth you might enjoy a garlic and sage white pie or Iowa prosciutto pizza with arugula and Parmesan. There are even outside-of-the-pizza-box choices such as lasagna and ravioli.
