You’ll make your way to the pit and choose from all manner of meats: ribs, brisket, sirloin, spicy sausage and more, served up by the cook. Then head inside to load up on sides (mac ‘n’ cheese, corn on the cob, cole slaw and more), and pay for your meat by the pound. Communal tables add to the cafeteria vibe in this country-themed restaurant.
