First opened 30 years ago, La Calle Doce offers authentic Mexican seafood from its original location—a small house in Oak Cliff on the aptly named 12th Street—and in its second (slightly newer) location, which hosts events, contests and salsa dancing periodically. Try signature dishes such as Pescado a la Parilla, Ceviche and Camarón a la Veracruzana. Don’t forget the margarita, and if you’re feeling extra adventurous try a margarona, a bottle of corona tipped upside down into a regular margarita
