Head to the 801 to rub elbows with news anchors, politicians and other big shots at this highly regarded steak house. It’s not all see-and-be-seen though, the food is worth the trip alone. Expect well-crafted steak house staples such as jumbo shrimp cocktails, oysters, enormous salads and loads of USDA beef. The Carnivore, a 40-oz. bone-in Delmonico covered in a bone marrow butter bath and served with roasted marrow, is down-right indulgent.
