Fort Lauderdale is an ideal mix of Florida’s easy-breezy vibe and Miami’s buzzy attitude. Casual sophisticated is the chosen style and that can come in the form of sundresses and flip flops or vintage tees and designer jeans. There’s no need to bust out the stilettos on a walk down Las Olas (although you certainly can) as Fort Lauderdale is truly a “come as you are” destination. One word of advice: Pack light clothing as the balmy weather sticks around all year.
