A new arrival on Las Olas Boulevard, Tundra’s ice-themed concept offers contemporary global cuisine in an ambiance adorned in ice globe lamps and towering ice sculptures that are brought in daily. Sample the foie gras fettuccini with duck confit to Kobe beef meatballs while sipping cocktails with “chilling spheres” instead of ice cubes. Indulge in the Tundra Taste Tour from 6 to 11 p.m. and sample small plate versions of 16 menu items.
