A nominee for the James Beard Foundation Rising Star Chef award, Steven Oakley opened OAKLEYS bistro in 2002. The seasonally changing menu features innovative Euro-American fare such as the lobster waffle, a basil waffle revved-up with lobster tail, roasted artichokes, smoked tomatoes, carrots, onions and zucchini tossed in a mustard cream sauce. Don't miss the complimentary wine tasting every Tuesday from 5 to 6 p.m.
