Clico’s serves French food with a South African twist. For starters, try the herb salad with goat cheese and honey dressing, followed by the fish of the day poached in a traditional French style, with white wine, carrots, onion and bay leaves served with béarnaise sauce. Once a month, a chef’s table is held at Clico, and local wineries pair their vintages with extraordinary new dishes by visiting chefs.
