Located in the heart of Kahului, Bistro Casanova’s Mediterranean inspired menu is packed with flavorful dishes for both lunch and dinner. The sweet and savory crepes on the lunch menu are both affordable and unique–try the Quaack, a crepe stuffed with shredded duck, spinach, goat cheese and dried cranberries. Starting at 3 p.m., the restaurant serves tapas, such as ceviche, fresh oysters and homemade gnocchi. And for dinner, the restaurant’s signature bouillabaisse is a must, a seafood and saffron soup served with fresh mussels, clams, shrimp, calamari, scallops, potatoes, tomatoes and zucchini.
