Main Street Bistro, open for lunch and tapas, serves “refined comfort food” made with local ingredients. The restaurant, located in downtown Wailuku just a few miles from Kahului, is small and unassuming, allowing chef Tom Selman’s delicious fare to be the main focus. Highlights from the tapas menu include fresh ahi tuna tartar and local greens served in an asiago cheese cone, macadamia nut smoked beef brisket and onion rings served with homemade smoky ketchup.
