Named after chef Michael Cimarusti’s grandparents, there’s no shortage of greatness here: Spectacular raw bar loaded with oysters, live sea urchin and spot prawns. His grandmother’s clam cakes and chowda will transport you across the country; the lobster rolls are a taste of Long Island in Lala Land. Clam shacks outside of New England don’t work; this one does.
