Chef Jordan Khan cut his teeth in some of the nation’s most award-winning kitchens (ever heard of French Laundry? Alinea?). He opened his own place in December 2010 to huge critical acclaim. His cuisine is best described as Vietnamese meets Salvador Dalí, meaning you’ll find lots of fragrant, ingredients (lime, mint, Thai chili), presented in a way that’s almost too pretty to eat. You’d be a fool not to though. His food is as amazing as it is gorgeous.
