If the big game is sold out, State Street Brats is where many University of Wisconsin-Madison students and alumni gather to watch. The sports bar, which invented a bright red drink called “The Rose Bowl,” has a windfall of satellite sports on 25 TVs. There are also two varieties of bratwurst on the menu (red and white, of course).
