Madrid-born chef David Munoz is known for his unique fusion of Spanish and Asian cuisine at DiverXO. Munoz honed his skills at legendary Asian stalwarts Hakkasan and Nobu, so you can trust he knows what he’s doing. A few standouts on the playful menu include Peking-style suckling pig, pork skin with black sesame brioche and salmon roe, and steamed carrot dim sum.
