Among all the hopping nightlife venues in Miami, Cafeina is the newest surprise. Located on an edgy street in Wynwood—known more for its hulking warehouses-cum-art galleries that its bars and lounges—it is a literal oasis. The cocktail menu includes the requisite caffeine—a stellar example is the Cafe Con Leche Martini, which is coffee-infused vodka, Amarula Liqueur and Crème de Cacao with a coffee bean garnish.
