Milan’s most interesting antiques market, Antiquariato sul Naviglio Grande, takes place on the last Sunday of the month along the city’s oldest canal. More than 400 antiques dealers from Milan and elsewhere set up shop in a mile-long section of the street that runs along the canal. From the early morning hours till late afternoon you can hunt down vintage wares—from furniture and silverware to books, toys and watches—and practice your haggling skills.
