Much of Milwaukee’s tourist attractions are along the city’s eastern edge near downtown, yet it’s worth it to take time to explore the city’s other neighborhoods, such as the mansions along Lake Drive in Shorewood and Whitefish Bay, or hip boutiques along Brady Street or in Bay View. The county’s park system is splendid, with many of the green spaces hugging Lake Michigan, including Doctors Park in Fox Point, Honey Creek Parkway in Wauwatosa or Grant Park in South Milwaukee.
