Frozen custard is a signature treat in Wisconsin, and at Kopp’s you get much more than vanilla. Two daily, offbeat flavors (maple syrup and pancakes, or rum and Coca-Cola, for instance) are joined by burgers, fries and shakes on the menu. Employees wear crisp white shirts and white paper hats to retro effect.
