Feel like royalty at Turandot, a faux Baroque palace that cost $50 million to build—and it shows. High rollers sit on damask-covered chairs under a frescoed dome while costumed musicians in powdered wigs play the harp. Renowned chef Alan Yau, of London’s Hakkasan, oversees the “imperial Asian” fusion menu, with a whole roasted Peking duck, served with black caviar and homemade pancakes, as a highlight.
