The classic New Orleans bar inside the Loews New Orleans Hotel was named after redheaded renegade, Adelaide Brennan, and her gold necklace with a hidden swizzle stick inside. Relax at the rustic wood bar or the plush seating areas and sample one of bar chef Lu Brow's signature creations, such as The Adelaide Swizzle with New Orleans Amber Rum, fresh squeeze lime juice, bitters, a splash of soda and a secret ingredient. Bar eating is encouraged, so try the shrimp and tasso "corndogs" or the blue crab pound cake.
