Located next to Hotel Provinicial, Stella! is a dimly lit restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. Executive chef and James Beard Award nominee Scott Boswell's culinary influence is drawn from his earlier years in kitchens around the world. Boswell believes it is important to remain progressive as a chef, and the Stella! menu is a testament to his ideology. Items on the menu include Hudson Valley Foie Gras BLT with foie gras confit, duck five ways and, for dessert, a unique grilled cheese sandwich with triple-creme cheese and dark chocolate ganache. The white-glove staff is professional and attentive. Reservations are essential at this New Orleans restaurant.
