The Empire State Building was built in 1930 and soars 102 stories and 1,454 feet above Manhattan. The 86th floor observatory deck is enclosed in glass on all four sides of the building for optimal viewing of the entire city of New York. Due to the static electricity on top of the building, it’s said that a kiss can be electrically charged and that couples experience real sparks!
