A prohibition-era interior with a living moss crystal chandelier sounds interesting enough, but add in a restored baby grand piano, recycled movie theater seats and some talented musicians, and you've got the Manhattan Inn—the brainchild of Grasslands Gallery owners Brooke Baxter and Rolyn Hu. This piano bar/restaurant features live nightly music and a sky-lit back dining room that only serves to highlight the restaurant's organic-centric bistro menu. Rest your drink on a vintage school desk or try your moves out on the recycled lumber dance floor.
