David Chang's game-changing Asian noodle bar concept is as good as ever. Go for the homey momofuku ramen soup (pork belly and shoulder, plus a rich poached egg), and steamed buns stuffed with oysters. Groups of four to eight can call ahead to order Chang’s specialty fried chicken. This large-format meal includes two whole fried birds, one done up Korean-style, the other a buttermilk variety, straight out of the American south.
