Get a healthy dose of Omaha and Nebraska history at the city’s Durham Museum. Located in a former train station, this Art Deco building has been completely restored. Visitors will love the model trains, trolleys and old cars as well as the engine through which you can walk. During the year the museum also hosts traveling exhibits from the Smithsonian and the Library of Congress. Need a treat? Enjoy malts at the Durham Museum’s authentic soda fountain.
