This is the most interesting restaurant experience in Omaha by far. If you like predictability ... go somewhere else. This restaurant has a unique, locavore, craft food ethos, and an unswerving integrity for seasonal ingredients. Honestly, it's a real pleasure dining (and drinking) here.
