Cramped, dark and not a TV in sight, Fiume isn't for everyone. But this tiny, off-the-radar bar in West Philly above one of the city's finest Ethiopian restaurants (Abyssinia) has a fiercely loyal following among a diverse crowd. Music nights feature a mix of bands from bluegrass to rock, and there's a selection of more than 40 bottled craft beers, mostly from local breweries. If you get hungry, just order food from the kitchen downstairs.
