Named after the notorious 1920s bootlegging operation, this Rittenhouse Square boite hits all the right Prohibition-style notes. Upon arrival, you are led down a long, narrow subterranean space that plays up the speakeasy ambiance with low lighting, leather banquettes and a vintage marble bar. The rotating cocktail list is so extensive that it's divided into waggish categories such as I Asked Her for Water, She Brought Me Gasoline.
