Cocktails, antiques and victuals meld seamlessly at CAV (hence the acronym). The menu has an international influence with anything from fried lotus root to award-winning foie gras. The fresh cut pastas shouldn’t be missed; try one paired with fresh mussels, shrimp or lobster.
