Located in the historic Pilgrim Mill’s building, the restaurant melds old-school fine dining with modern sophistication. Start out with a selection from the raw bar (oysters and little necks are a good bet), then move on to cozy comfort foods such as seared scallops with gingered butternut squash, pepper-crusted loin of venison with apple-fennel puree or grilled short ribs with celery root puree.
