The state’s only “bean-to-bar” chocolate maker, Escazu creates custom gift boxes, allowing patrons to select from their wide variety of flavors to fill them. Definitely try the Beaufort sea salt, an amazing combination of dark chocolate and contrasting savory flavors. More adventurous selections include the jalapeño grapefruit, pumpkin seed and guajillo chili.
