The restaurant started as a pie shop in the 1940s and it has retained the retro feel, but the sexy sauces and nontraditional approach to gourmet food make all visits special. Burgundy-braised short ribs over caramelized cauliflower is so divine, it will forever change your feelings about vegetables. This is only the beginning for chef Ashley Christensen and her cool approach to cooking. Menus change weekly and even daily depending on what's available.
