Located in the Testaccio neighborhood, this legendary restaurant has been open since the 1930s. For nearly 80 years, the Trivelloni family has provided this capital city with delicious traditional Roman cuisine. Every day of the week brings new specials, including the famed tonnarelli cacio e pepe (handmade noodles tossed in salt, pepper, butter and pecorino) or pasta all'amatriciana (with bacon and tomato sauce). Don’t forget about dessert. The tiramisu al bicchiere is fantastic.
