Located in the trendy Parioli neighborhood, chef Roy Caceres has garnered critical acclaim (including a Michelin star) for his creative cuisine at Metamorfosi. Try the squab, Mont Blanc of foie gras, or the spaghetti masciarelli with a powder of dehydrated mussels. Caceres also knows his way around dessert—the white chocolate mousse is getting a lot of buzz around town. The food is as good as the price tag, but maybe you should reserve this one for a special occasion.
