Acclaimed San Antonio chef Andrew Weissman, of La Reve fame (his shuttered 4-star restaurant), opened this elegant, upscale Italian osteria in the Pearl Brewery complex in 2009. Showcasing the food of Rome and Florence, the menu includes classic preparations with a local twist, like pecan and ricotta ravioli and risotto with crawfish tails.
