An al fresco table under the arbor of grape vines at La Fogata, a beloved institution, is a quick trip to Mexico. Start with a dangerously large margarita and ceviche. For dinner, go for anything from the “a la Parilla” grill menu (especially the tacos nortenos - crispy corn tortillas filled with fajita meat, cheese, beans, cabbage and queso fresco).
